Fred Traversi

Chairman and CEO

Fred Traversi is currently Chairman and CEO of AdvizeX Technologies, a leading information technology infrastructure solutions provider with ten regional offices across the US. An accomplished, results-driven executive, Mr. Traversi is recognized for leading business transformations to accelerate growth and improve profitability in both the manufacturing and service sectors. He serves as a Board Director for three organizations.

Mr. Traversi has led AdvizeX for 9 years during which time the Company has achieved 20% annual growth in becoming a recognized top ten national partner with both Hewlett Packard and EMC. The AdvizeX vision of "Customers for Life" is reflected in a 95% customer retention rate delivered through an organization of highly technical, experienced employees who design and implement innovative IT infrastructure solutions.

Prior to joining AdvizeX, Mr. Traversi was Executive Vice President for Worldwide Customer Operations at Lexmark International, the $5B printing solutions company. During his 5-year tenure at Lexmark, Mr. Traversi delivered 30% annual revenue growth through global expansion, introduction of new printing solutions, and establishment of value-added partnerships. Additionally he led the redesign of the global supply chain to significantly reduce operating cost and improve customer responsiveness.

Mr. Traversi began his career with General Electric, where he advanced through the financial management program to both financial and operations management positions. He was recruited to Digital Equipment Corporation in 1980 where he made significant contributions over a 15-year period in senior operations and general management positions. He joined PepsiCo in 1994 as Vice President of Operations for Taco Bell where he led the redesign of company operations to significantly improve customer service and reduce operating costs.

Mr. Traversi earned his bachelor’s degree in economics, magna cum laude, from Colby College in Waterville, Maine, and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard University.
