Jim Mastalerz has been with AdvizeX Technologies for 7 years. He has 30 years of experience in the IT industry, mainly focused on the development and on-going operations of highly available IT infrastructures for enterprise level customers. In his position has Vice President of Solution Services, Jim has instituted standards for engagement scoping, consulting delivery and project management to consistently exceed revenue and EBITDA profitability goals, and attain highest levels of customer satisfaction. Jim has been instrumental in developing strong professional services partner relationships with EMC, VMware and Hewlett Packard. Jim has extensive experience in IT Service Management based upon ITIL. He was Global Program Manager for Hewlett Packard’s IT Service Management services development team. As Vice President of Professional Services at start-up company InteQ Corporation, Jim led the development of all aspects of service delivery for InteQ’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) offerings.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. Jim holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and in ITIL IT Service Management Processes.
