Jordan Rogers, Customer Success Manager at Advizex, says the ability to help customers overcome challenges is what continues to inspire her in the industry.
“What drives me in this industry is the ability to make a real impact for customers—helping them solve meaningful challenges and succeed in ways that move their business forward. Knowing that my work builds trust, drives outcomes, and creates lasting relationships is incredibly motivating.”
That sense of purpose is echoed by Jennifer Sprague, VP of Product Operations, who believes strong customer relationships and internal collaboration are key to success.

Melissa Caplan, Salesforce Architect at Advizex, believes the industry moves forward when women feel empowered to bring their authentic perspectives to the table.
“Women in tech need to hear that their voice and perspective are valuable exactly as they are. You don’t need to fit a mold to lead or make an impact. The industry moves forward when more women step into their expertise with confidence.”
For Rogers, one of the most impactful lessons she’s learned is the importance of speaking up.
“The best career advice I’ve ever received is to speak up even when it’s uncomfortable. Confidence isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about believing you belong in the conversation.”
Resilience and Perspective
Like many fast-moving industries, technology comes with challenges. Resilience and perspective often help professionals navigate those moments and continue moving forward.
Liz Berns, Account Executive at Advizex, finds motivation in the responsibility she has to her customers.
“What fuels me on hard days is taking care of my customers and making sure they’re supported. Their trust in me motivates me to always show up ready to solve problems and deliver results for them.”
Sprague adds that keeping challenges in perspective can help maintain momentum during difficult moments.
“Everyone has days that test them more than others. I’ve found that remembering those difficult moments are temporary helps keep things in perspective. That mindset pushes me to stay solution-oriented, maintain a positive outlook, and keep moving forward.”

Jackie Allen, Manager of Human Resources at Advizex, believes that supporting people and building strong workplace cultures plays an important role in shaping the future of technology.
